I specialize in creating content (written, video, interactive, digital adoption) that breaks topics down to their building blocks. Whether it’s a training video, a help article, a blog, or any other type of content, my greatest skill is taking something complex and presenting it in a way that’s understandable, engaging, and compelling.
In my mind, the true test of content that works is when someone seeks it out six months or a year later. It’s not about learners memorizing everything they need to know at the time of the training. It’s about introducing concepts that make learners say “didn’t we have a training about this?” at the time the topic becomes relevant, and making it findable at that time.
In my spare time, I'm a novelist, book lover, and film enthusiast. I live near Austin, TX with my partner and two dogs, Corndog and Spirit Halloween. (Yes that's really his name. Add me on LinkedIn and message me if you'd like to see dog photos. I'll gladly share.)
